COPYRIGHT CONDITIONS

FOR PRIVATE USE:

Any private use of my content should be first addressed to me before-hand, in order to track my work sharing paths and restrict any potential illegal commercial use of my content. 

If it is proven that the private use of my content is fraudulent, the offender will automatically enter the penal process of copyright infringement, cited in the category below.

POR COMMERCIAL USE:

By downloading a photograph from my profile and using it for non-private purposes without my prior consent, the offender is committing a crime against intellectual property and copyright, cited in articles 270, 271, and 272 of the Spanish Criminal Code, for which it can be fined with an amount ranging between 11,400€ (Eleven thousand and four hundred Euros) and 22,800€ (Twenty-two thousand and eight hundred Euros), and face a penalty between 6 months and 4 years in prison. 

On the other hand, if it is proven that with any of my photographs the offender has obtained an economic gain that should be legally attributed to me, it can be fined with an amount ranging between 17,100€ (Seventeen thousand and one hundred Euros) and 34,200€ (Thirty-four thousand and two hundred Euros), and face a permanent disqualification of the profession through which it has committed the copyright infringement. The penalties clarified above are justified by the interpretation of the photograph as an artistic work, cited in article 270 of the Spanish Penal Code.
